  • Are the glass shades standard size (can they easily be replaced with other shades)？

    The shade is detachable. You can replace it with another shade that matches the fitter/opening size and mounting hardware. Please confirm the fitter measurement before purchasing a replacement.

  • What is the material of the lamp holder?

    The lamp holder of this track lighting pendant is made of wood.

  • Can it be used in a bathroom?

    No. It’s intended for dry, indoor locations and is not rated for damp or wet areas. Avoid installation where it will be exposed to steam or splashes.

  • Is the cord adjustable?

    This lamp comes in two types. The one with adjustable wires is a bit more expensive. For the one that cannot be adjusted, you need to provide the size you want, and we will cut it out for you. If you are not sure about the size, we can give you a wire regulator as a gift. The appearance will not be a straight line. There is a small adjustment accessory.
