Thank you for visiting and shopping in our online store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
Under normal conditions, all orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery area and freight charges

• U.S. Region (Free Delivery) : Standard free shipping is available to all addresses across the United States.Orders shipped to U.S. island territories (such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) will incur additional shipping fees. We will collect a pre-payment of $50, and you will be notified via email if any further payment is required.
• Other countries/regions: If your delivery address is not within the above-mentioned free shipping range, please contact us at checkout. The shipping fee needs to be separately stated and confirmed by email based on the weight of the package and the destination.

Delivery generally takes 10-15 days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment,  or failed delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

Customs Duties and Taxes

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping terms for international orders. This means that: You are not responsible for any import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), or customs clearance fees. All these additional charges will be fully covered by Kiven Lighting.
